Construction Management Committee
Charter
The CM Committee is a dedicated group of public works and private industry professionals dedicated to improve the delivery of public works projects.
The three primary focus points of the CM committee are:
- Education – Presentation of new CM practices, inspector training, technical seminars, project “lessons learned”, industry surveys and other learning experiences.
- Communication – Meetings to share experiences, sources of information and professional networking.
- Program Development - Provide assistance in the promotion and development of good CM practices via program development for APWA conferences. Past programs include legal considerations, partnering, contracting practices, utility coordination, and other issues.
